Cherry Creek median home prices rose by 57.8% in February 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2022 in Cherry Creek rose by $357,000 while total sales decreased by 28.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2022, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $975,000 - a 57.8% increase over the $618,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Cherry Creek in February 2021.

The median sales tax in Cherry Creek for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $3,687, approximately 0.4% of the median home sale price for February 2022.
